At Cleaner by Pfarr, our goal is to keep our carpet cleaning very dry, completely soap-free and lower in cost than the large franchise companies. Since we are not a franchise, we have the freedom to produce a unique and very efficient combination of machinery. What are the first 3 expectations of anyone who hires a professional carpet cleaner?
- Reasonable price: Cleaner by Pfarr will quote residential prices over the phone starting
at 11 cents per sq. ft. up to 17 cents per sq. ft. in heavily soiled situations. That means our
average charge to clean a 2,000 sq ft house (hard floor surfaces are accounted for) is $210-250.
Franchise cleaners charge 18-38 cents per sq. ft., at that rate, a 2,000 sq ft house average price
is between $330 and $600.

Encapsulants are effective nonsoap cleaners that leave no trace elements thereby eliminating the need for large amounts of water. That's why our cleaning dries in an hour. Our spot cleaners are all-natural blends of cinnamon bark, eucalytus, lemon, clove and rosemary essential oils.
