Carpet pile is brushed deep with our Earth-friendly, fast drying encapsulant-cleaner. Soil releases from carpet because encapsulation polymers alter soil's grip on carpet without making mud. Carpet soil is crystallized and picked up by long rotating brushes. We finish with a vacuum. Your home is ready to use when we leave.

- Carpet stays cleaner longer. All possible soap residue is eliminated because our cleaning agent is a non-soap just like glass cleaners. Many of our clients have commented: "My carpet used to look worse 48 hrs after we shampooed, but encapsulation has solved that problem".
- Our solvent based encapsulant not only releases soil from carpet but it is designed to dry in the carpet as a protectant instead of being rinsed away. Subsequent vacuuming breaks the protectant away over time taking future dirt with it. Residual cleaning actually takes place because future vacuuming is made more efficient.
- Carpet padding and underlayment stay dry. Spots do not wick back, mold and musty smells cannot generate. Furniture is repositioned to original arrangement without foil moisture barriers beneath the legs.
- Carpet manufacturer's stain guard remains intact. Hot temperatures and high pH soaps remove carpet manufacturer's stain guard. Our soil encapsulator-cleaner is room temperature and pH neutral.
