The floor is cracked which is normal, and has tan paint (under a layer of dust). Cleaner by Pfarr scrubs concrete surfaces with a 17" diameter burnishing machine and a grease solvent. After rinsing solvents away, cracks are filled and epoxy paint is rolled on.
This 2-car garage floor total cost is now $595, including paint, flecks, and crack repair. Gray and tan paint colors are available. Decorative concrete technicians charge over $2,000 for the same quality work.
